MEMPHIS — Jonathan Kuminga went down with an ankle injury during pregame warmups and won’t play Thursday night in Memphis. Kuminga rolled his right ankle on a drive to the basket about two hours before tip-off and was seen limping off the floor. Moments later, coach Steve Kerr confirmed the bad news that Kuminga wouldn’t play in the Western Conference semifinals rematch. The injury comes two days after Kuminga rolled his left ankle in the first quarter of Tuesday’s loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Kuminga temporarily left the game and was evaluated by a team trainer, but he later returned and had his second-highest scoring night of this season. SAN JOSE – Authorities on Thursday afternoon were investigating a stabbing near Yerba Buena High School in San Jose.The stabbing was reported at 2:21 p.m. in the 1800 block of Lucretia Avenue, the San Jose Police Department said in a social media post.A man was transported to an area hospital with an injury that was not considered life-threatening, police said.Additional information about the stabbing, including a suspect description and motive, was not immediately available. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Three people were arrested after a man was stabbed in San Francisco's Tenderloin District on Feb. 16, the San Francisco Police Department said Thursday. One suspect was arrested on Feb. 19 and two others were taken into custody on Saturday.
